We started Plakatsjappa for one simple, frustrating reason: We were sick of the industry's slow machinery.

Sitting on the fence and waiting three months for some bureaucrat at another company to approve and roll out our designs? Forget it. Creativity doesn't work in the waiting room. It doesn't work to have a raw idea, then watch it gather dust in an inbox while you wait for a "go."

So we cut out the intermediate link and turned the amplifier to 11.

Here at Plakatsjappa, the rule is simple: When a design is finished and looks great, we push it straight out. Straight from the drawing board to the online store. No committee, no unnecessary waiting – just pure creative joy in free expression.

And while the big guys send their printed materials down to some giant factory in Poland to save a few bucks, we run a different style. Everything at Plakatsjappa is produced locally, here in Norway unless you order from abroad. Why? Because we want to control the quality, we want to support local craftsmanship, and we want you to get your posters while you're still in the mood. Short, fast, and uncompromising.
